Our clinic is located at Chuo-ku, Sapporo city in Hokkaido, near Mt.Moiwa. We provide care and treatment for internal medicine not only for people visiting Japan but for people living in Sapporo who has Japanese insurance.

You can’t speak Japanese ? that’s not a problem at all.
An English speaking doctor will help you with various medical issues.
If there are problems that we cannot manage at our facility, we will refer you to a hospital that can.

Acute Symptoms
Cold and flu
Symptoms of cold and flu, such as fever, cough, runny nose etc. We are capable of rapid COVID-19 and flu antigen tests, so it only takes about 15minutes for diagnosis.
Abdominal Symptoms
Symptoms such as diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain. We do not offer endoscopy test. If the doctor determins the needs of a further test or surgery, we can provide referrals to such specialized hospitals.
Asthma attack
Atshma can cause severe persistence coughs that in some cases lead to fatal issues. We can prescribe beta-acting inhalers and steroid inhalers and also internal steroids for severe attacks.
Gout attack
The food and drinks especially beer and wine are ,we think , the best in Japan. Be careful of overeating and excessive alcohol intake because they can cause gout attacks even if your uric acid tests are stable.
EpiPen prescription
EpiPen is an auto-injector that delivers epinephrine (=adrenaline) into the body whenever wherever you need it. It is used to alleviate the sypmtoms of anaphlylaxis which is triggered by food allergies or other common triggers.
Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)
UTIs typically cause frequent urination and urgency, leading to inconvenience, often with a burning or painful sensation during urination.

Lifestyle Diseases
Most of our Japanese patients visits our clinic for treatment of these diseases. Lifestyle disease are typically Diabetes, Hypertention and Hyperlipidemea (Hypercholesterolemia) .
Sleep Apnia and Snoring
Apnia during sleep can cause sudden death while sleeping , and snoring maybe a sign of sleep apnea. Our tests for sleep apnia are performed at home so no need for hospital stay.
Helicobacter pylori
H.pylori are well known as a cause of gastric cancer and malignant lymphoma. We offer blood tests to diagnose these bacterias, and also prescribe treatment for them.
Allergy Tests and Treatment
We offer simple blood tests to evaluate 39 common allergens (it will take a week to get the results), and tests for other allergens upon request.
Others
Drips and Shots
We have placenta and viriable vitamins for drips and shots. Garlic shots consists of vitaminB and are quite popular among people when they feel fatigue.
Private prescription
We prescribe medicine for erectile dysfunction (ED), androgenetic alopecia (AGA). Generic and brand medicine are avilable.

About the Doctor
Dr. Kentaro Yokota
Hello! Welcome to Japan , and welcome to Sapporo !
My name is Kentaro, but since Japanese names are quite hard to pronounce, jsut call me Ken.
I was born in Japan and spent 6 years living in Cardiff, Great Britain when I was a kid. That’s why I have a British accent. (Cardiff is located at the south part of Wales, but I cannnot speak Welsh…Of course I took lessons at school but I hardly remember nothing..that I must apologize to my Welsh teachers)
Llysfaen primary school, Llanishen High school are the schools I went and was in the rugby team.
I came back to Japan when I was 12 years old, and living here since.
I graduated medical school in 2001, and started training as a surgeon ( mainly gastrointestinal cancer, and also breast cancer, and lung cancer ). After more than ten years of training as a surgeon I switched my profession to internal medicine, and started my own medical clinic.
